E. Patrick Miller is a renowned Clinical Sports Psychologist who has worked and consulted in a myriad of clinical settings as an Expert in Community Mental Health. He is a pioneer in developing state of the art Treatment Centers in Community Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Addictions Recovery and the Dual Diagnosis Population in Residential Treatment Facilities.
He is known for his early ground breaking work with the chronic mentally ill population with his Colleague, Mentor & World Renowned Expert, Dr. Louis Bruno. As a team, they developed the very first residential treatment center in the United States that treated the chronic population and their families.
E. Patrick Miller has been an expert with longitudinal experience in treating trauma and addiction dealing with the most complex mental health issues. He has been the Clinical Director for numerous Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment Centers over the course of his career working with children, adolescent, adults and dysfunctional family systems.
E Patrick was one of the early pioneers in The Field of Sports Psychology. Since The 2003 NBA Season, he has served as The Health & Wellness Coach, Coordinator and Clinical Consultant to the Legendary, Hall of Fame Coach, Phil Jackson & The LA Lakers and most recently the LA Clippers. He was featured as “The Therapist” in Phil Jackson’s Most Recent & Seminal Book, “The Last Season; A Team in Search of its Soul”. Coach Jackson, Known as “The Zen Master” Hired E. Patrick, Who is Known as “The Zen Coach”…”Living in The Zen Zone”… which will be the title of his forthcoming book. E. Patrick was elected to “Who’s Who in America” twice in his career regarding his contributions to Mental Health, Health Wellness and The Human Condition.
